We're big fans of no cow products, they contain no dairy, no gluten and have low sugar, but are high on protein and flavour. We have been snacking on the delicious protein bars and cookies and using the versatile "fluffbutter" in some great recipes.

"This bar is seriously peanut butter and protein packed. The peanut butter flavor is rich and the aftertaste is deliciously sweet without smacking of stevia. It’s filled with little peanut bits, too. This isn’t dessert, but for those of us with a sweet tooth it’s a really fulfilling functional bar snack, recovery food, or even breakfast on the go."

INGREDIENTS: 6 OZ Unsweetened Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Chips 1 TBSP Coconut Oil 1/4 CUP No Cow Fluffbutter (any flavor) 2 TBSP Almond Flour-Sweetener to Taste

  • Prepare a muffin pan with 6 muffin liners and set aside.
  • Combine your fluffbutter, coconut oil, and sweetener until well incorporated. Let chill for about 30 minutes.
  • When done, remove your “dough” and form “patties” by scooping out 6 balls and flattening into a disk. Makes 6 disks.
  • Melt your chocolate, oil, and sweetener in the microwave in 30 second intervals (make sure it doesn’t burn.)
  • Spoon about 2 tbsp of your dairy free chocolate into your muffin cups. Place a patty on top.
  • Spoon the rest of your chocolate on top, covering the patties.
  • Place in the fridge to set for about 3-4 hours.
