- UK deliveries over £50 use a signed for service (2 to 3 working days delivery)
- Next day deliveries available using DPD or Royal Mail Special in the UK Only
- International (including Ireland) deliveries are made using a tracked Royal Mail service*
- Next day delivery not available internationally
- If your purchase is over £50, an email with the tracking number is sent automatically at 6pm the day of posting your item.
- If your purchase is under £50, the same email will be sent but without a tracking number
* Deliveries to other European and International countries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Royal Mail will deliver to a local postal service which are then responsible for the delivery of the package internationally. How do I return an item?
Returns are currently paid for by the customer

What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- International buyers are responsible for return shipping charges, KIT RADAR does not provide free returns at the moment (although we are looking into this)
- There is no charges for returns that are deemed a manufacturer fault
How do I return?

- In the UK, we will send a link to follow and conduct the return
- Internationally, we will guide you manually through the return
- Pack all the returned items - you can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package.

- Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers, if applicable..
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected
- If the item is in a returnable state (see above), then your refund will be processed automatically through our system, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- If your return is rejected, then a member of customer service will email or call to discuss the return.
